About Dolgeville Housing Authority

Parkside Court has a total of 44 one bedroom apartments with oak kitchens, wall to wall carpeting, a 18' x 11' living room, and a storage closet in each apartment. Most of all, our environment is friendly with two community rooms, a coin operated laundry, and lunch served weekdays at a nominal fee. Parkside Court has its own parking adjacent to the building, and a backup generator so that our building remains home to our residents if there is a power outage.

As per the DHA Administration Plan, there are local preferences 1. Applicants who live in the DHA residency preference area. 2. Applicants who live outside the DHA residency preference area. 3. Single Persons Elderly and disabled single persons and families will be given preference over single persons who are not elderly or disabled. Single persons must not be attending high school and be 21 years of age. The current waiting list has more than 10 applicants and there is an approximate wait of more than one year. You may certainly apply to the Section 8 Program, please contact the office to have an application mailed to you.
